At Tin Roof Farm, we make every effort to get your order packed and out the door quickly — because we know you’re just as excited to receive it as we were to make it.
📦 Processing Time
All orders are handmade, packed with care, and typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. During high-volume times (like market weekends or new product drops), shipping may take a day or two longer — but we’ll always do our best to communicate delays.
✉️ Shipping Rates & Methods
We currently ship within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage for reliable and affordable delivery.
Flat-rate shipping:

$5 for most orders (balms, beard care, smaller tallow jars)

$10 for bulk or heavy orders (like 32 oz tallow jars)

FREE shipping on orders over $60
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Local pickup in Laurel, Mississippi will be available soon! Follow us on social media or subscribe to email updates for more info.
💥 Damaged or Lost Packages
We carefully pack every order, but once it leaves our hands, we rely on USPS to deliver it safely. If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please email dani@thetinrooffarm.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
